Strange health issue, rooster who can not stand up

My rooster is 7 months old. In the last week, he went from being lame and walking like the British royal guard ( picking his legs up way to high and over exaggerated) to now not being able to straighten them out at all. Then He was walking with his legs bent, as if in a roosting position. Now he can not walk at all. He does not seem to be sick, and is eating and drinking. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Thank you, Lisa

I am so sorry about your rooster. Poor baby. This could be Mareks Disease. You need to post this question and this pic in our emergency section for those members that can recognize this issue...

If not Mareks he may have suffered a stroke or a small aneurysm. - his previous high stepping makes me think its some brain damage. He can recover from either. Nambroth(user name) has rooster that is just about recovered from something like that. He spent some time unable to stand.
