There is no beard at all on that bird.

Fully feathered, but still cheeping, suggests the bird in question is about 10 to 12 weeks old. With that red comb, it's a cockerel. Pullets do not turn red until they are almost ready to lay eggs, and at that point they will have stopped cheeping months ago. I'm guessing it's a Blue Andalusian.

X2 on junebuggena's post. I'm thinking it's likely a Blue Andalusian cockerel and will develop white earlobes. Be sure and let us know if that's the case. )

I have a felling with the amount of White that's in the wing/s that the bird in question is a Splash and not a Blue.

That's definitely a possibility.

I am more concerned with the bird's health - hope it is not ill but, Lady of MC makes some good points there
