Although I couldn't see it when I candled. It turned out that it was an egg within an egg. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any pictures. The inner egg got marked and went in the incubator just to see if it might be viable. I never did see any of the hens show any signs of distress or anything that would even indicate which one might have laid it.

One of my hens laid an egg like the first picture and then the next day she was dead, not sure if it was the HUGE egg or if she was sick
