Yep, I just checked the poop chart and nothing like it on there.

My little RIR chick made this poop, it's watery and runny in the white and looks a bit like a mini raw egg.

I did state "chick" not "chicken" in the first post...

I've had them for a little over 2 weeks, but this chick is a roo suspect from the pullet bin, due to VERY slow feathering. It is quite impossible for this to be internal laying, that would be VERY scary.

Oh, did you mean broken egg as in an egg that got cracked? No, it's not that.

I'm not really quite sure, but I think it is. I'm not really sure if it's blood, though...now that it's dried, it is still a red orange color. Blood dries to be brown, right...?

Ugh. I think she made another small poop of a similar reddish orange color. It wasn't watery, looked like..ceceal poop almost. It was more orange than the normal orange-brown, though. I'm not positive it was from the same bird, but I think it was.

This chick is not really showing any symptoms, acting a little sleepy but still eating, drinking, peeping, and running around. I only have four chicks, they have been outside before.

She's not eating or drinking very much...made some mush for them this morning and she did eat some.
If I pick her up, she will cheep loudly until I put her back, also she still goes on the roost/perch which is very low because they are chicks, but she is still getting up there.

It sounds like cocci I would do a quick search and see what it says hope your little chick gets better.

I did search some last night, but it didn't seem to be the same. She took a turn for the worse today, I isolated her and now I think it really might be cocci.

She had clear liquid coming out of her mouth...it's sticky, like saliva. When I dipped her beak in water, she refused to drink, just kind of lifted her beak out of the water, but not drinking. When she lifted her beak out, there was a trail of the liquid from her beak to the water. There was a lot of it in her beak, at one or two points there was so much that when she breathed, it formed a bubble!

That is NOT good. She would also shake her head to clear her beak and the liquid would be gone for a while, having splattered on the surroundings.

Right now, she is in her own box with food and water and heat, and a CD. I put the CD in so she wouldn't feel lonely, but she doesn't care at all. She just stands there with her eyes closed, won't eat or drink. She did make a small poop, it wasn't runny and looked almost normal, had a hint of red in it.

Do I need to move this chick far away from the others? Right now, the two boxes are in the same room, close to each other.

What should I do, besides get cocci medicine?
