Strange poop?

I am still new to ducks and am not really sure what I should consider weird or unusual. I have two ducks, a female runner and a pekin. The runner has seafoam green poop. Its clear liquid with seafoam green chunks. They are still on the starter feed and doesn't eat anything else. The pekin's poop isn't like hers at all, in fact it was a massive brown liquid dump (down the side of my thigh...). Should I be worried? And it seems to me that their eyes are kind of red. Am I looking at some kind of infection? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I know this is an old post but I have a duckling with the same symptoms and wondering whatever happened with your duck and if you ever found the cause of the sea green poop?

It is a stumper. Maybe trying a probiotic might help any good quality human one would work or a pet store may carry one for birds. How is she acting other wise is she eating good, interacting with your Pekin.
