Strange Quail Behavior

Recently one of my button quails has found it yummy to eat the feathers of her other flock members. Shes been leaving them with bald patches everywhere. And yes shes actually eating them. anyone have any idea why she might be doing this?

What are you feeding, and how much space do they have. Two common causes of feather plucking/eating are inadequate diet and over crowding.
