Here's hoping that it IS fluffy and not slimy and slithery.

i think you may be right. This morning i have 468 pictures of that same rat running back and forth for hours. So maybe as he runs he swishes his tail which creates those marks? This just may be the anti-climactic conclusion to the mystery. Shoot. Even though i was dreading a snake or some other monster, i was hoping for something exciting after spending $119 on this game cam.

Oh well, i will set the cam for a couple more nights and see what happens. But now suspecting we won't be seeing a giant cobra.

Get you some 3 inch pvc pipe about 5-6 feet of it. Cut them inot 1 and a half foot sections and buy some glue traps peel the traps back and slide them inside the cylinders you have made lay them along your fence and building structure. The rat will run in the tunnels thinking he is hiding as he sneaks around and get stuck on the trap Just remove trap and add another its the safest method to killing rats, mice, and snakes without having a chicken glued to your trap also.

Do you see those tracks again, or haven't they showed up again? This is really interesting!

I hate rats, but then again I'd hate to see this guy stuck to a glue trap. After all, he/she may be an international star! Ha ha. Are there "humane" rat traps? I can't believe I'm writing this, because if I had a rat, I'd probably be putting out a snap-type trap for it.
