Strange white ‘growth?’ on hens face

I’ve just noticed today a white almost pimple like growth on one of my hens, she’s acting completely normal and none of my other chooks have these and she only has the one. It’s not soft like a pimple at all and I’ve never seen anything like it before has anyone else?. I’ve included a picture bellow.

She has no other symptoms just the thing next to her eye.

I am not sure what that is. It could be some overgrowth of keratin or a keratinous cyst, but I would keep an eye on it To see if it increases in size.

Update, the swelling has gone down and is barely visible.
