"Strings" in FF

Can someone tell me what the goopy strings are in my FF? I assume they are bacteria-based and am hoping that's 'good' bacteria, but thought I'd check.
 
It's probably the results of the very beneficial bacteria 'bacillus subtilis'. If your feed has soy and the internal temps of the feed are 80-100F, then this is probably the case. Do a YouTube search for ” soy natto” to compare the stringiness of natto to yours.
