Stringy orange poop!

My chicken pooped this out today, I’ve heard it could be coccidiosis, but from what i’ve seen in others’ poop, was blood. Here i see no blood, just some orange stringy stuff. So i’m wondering what it could be, and what can i do. Hopefully someone reaches out, help will be much appreciated, thank you very much!

there was another one but i helped it and it only survived for a week…

no i do not.. this is my first time hatching actually, i’ve had chickens in the past
