(Skip story for summary.)

A woman walked along a long pathway with her head down. She seemed to be in a rush, and spoke to no one that passed her.
But as she determinedly rushed to wherever she was going, a piece of paper fell from the stack in her arms and landed softly on the ground.

The man who was just passing her decided to be polite and hand back her paper before she could scramble to pick it up. Though when he glanced to the paper he didn't give it back to the woman and instead continued reading a little more with a look of disgust.
"What is this?" He questioned, and the woman yanked the writing covered paper out of his hand with a scowl.
"It's the beginning of what is right." She replied with a stubborn tone.
"The King will have your head for this. I shall remember your face, and you will regret writing such foul literature!"

The man rushed away and the woman was left there, rather petrified and upset. She looked to her papers with a somber look. She was writing a book on women's rights, which was greatly frowned upon at this time, and she had been on her way to a secret meeting.
But she had been caught, and she knew very well what the royalty of this kingdom felt about this topic, so instead of meeting with her fellow supporters and discussing what she had written she would have to hide.

The woman turned off course, towards the forest in a great hurry. Once she was hidden amongst the trees she broke into a run, making sure she didn't leave her book pages behind.
When she had arrived at her desired destination she entered a rotting, bug infested cabin. She hurriedly pulled up a small part of the floor and exposed a hole that went down into the ground. But it wasn't just some random hole in the ground. In fact, it was much nicer than this filthy home.

Carefully crawling into the hole, she covered the entrance and reached her final place to hide, which was a small underground room adorned with candles, brittle chairs, and thin blankets to protect anyone who entered from the cold.

Now that she had ensured her own safety, she continued writing the book that all the supporters of women's rights were waiting for. It was almost complete, and would be sold secretly. Though the plan was indeed for everyone to find out about it, and for the royalty to realize just how many people were against this society ruled by men.

Why couldn't women learn? Why couldn't they work? They didn't want to worry about having children or getting married, they wanted the freedom men had. The freedom to do the tasks women had been deprived from for so long. They were not slaves for the gender opposite of themselves, but equals. The general public simply had to be shown that fact.

The fate of either political side is unknown, but one thing is for certain;
A war between social norms and what is right has the potential to change the world, for better or for worse.

(Summary: (also, actually not a 'feminist', but I thought this'd be a cool concept. Enjoy.

During the Renaissance period of this world, people did not suffer. But while the people in this time period were peaceful, one group was unsatisfied with what was offered in their lives.
The women.
They felt as if they were only treated as property, rather than human beings. Their only purpose was to have children and care for them, and some did not take that too kindly.
The women wanted to work, learn, and discover just like the men did. So over a period of many years, they formed a group supporting the freedom of women, so that men and women were equal.
This was considered improper to most of society, and frowned upon. Any woman who wanted to support this movement was thought as shameful to the general public. But if you believe in something, usually you will go out of your way to show your support, despite the consequences.
But when the king and queen realized what was going on, they didn't take the news too kindly, and strived to punish the women and men who were supporting this cause.
In a world where women are fighting for the same rights as men, and even royalty is striving to stop this, things can get not only stressful but dangerous.
Not all supporters of this cause are gentle, and are instead violent, while the people who are against this want to slaughter any 'believers'. Which political side will win? No one knows. But one thing's for certain;
A war between social norms and what is right has the potential to change the world.)

My character:

Name: Imryll Thea
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Personality: Imryll is determined and rather stubborn. She's a genius and has an extremely creative mind, making her very useful for figuring out how to hide or keep things secret.
With death pretty much constantly knocking on Imryll's door, she has terrible anxiety and slight depression, but she doesn't let that stop her from pursuing her dreams.
History: When Imryll was seven years old and crime rates were high, a thief came to her home and not only stole her family's precious belongings, but their lives as well. Meaning to say, her parents both died.
Imryll was extremely young, so she had no idea what to do but to stay there. Nobody checked on her, and for many nights she slept in that home alone with her dead family.
Finally, after being along much too long for such a little girl, someone came to the home and found her. But it was the same exact thief that had originally killed her parents.
She always assumed he had come for more money, but it still remains a mystery. What is still out in the open, though, is that Imryll, as a seven year old, killed him with her father's prized knife.
After that she left the house, got taken in by another rich family that pretty much knew nothing about her, and she became a supporter of women's rights along and along. Mainly because all of the brilliant jobs she wanted to do could not be done because nobody would hire her, no matter how skilled she was.
Political views (relating to the RP): Imryll simply believes that both genders are indeed equal. At least in intelligence.
Picture/description:
Ranking (optional): Just a normal citizen. Comes from a rich family, though.
Weapon: Currently carries her late father's prized knife.
Other: None.

History: Born into a wealthy family and grew up locked in her chamber with only a mean tutor for company, she was desperate to go to school like her brothers, but instead she was taught how to be 'lady like'. Very quickly she lost all of her self-confidence and became depressed and anorexic. Her father tried to force her into an arranged marriage to her cousin when she was only 15, but on her wedding day she escaped and went into hiding, eventually discovering that there were other girls 'like her' who believed that women were equal to men.
Character's political views (relating to the RP): Strongly believes that both genders are equal.
