Strut Your Stuff Poultry Event – Bastrop, LA TSC

(Note: This info is from their handout at the TSC store. All I know is what I have read in the handout and what the manager shared with me).

March 24, 2012 the Bastrop, Louisiana TSC store is holding their Second Annual “Strut Your Stuff” Poultry Event!

Plans for the event include:

Poultry Show and Judging????

Poultry Care Clinic – participants will learn proper care of poultry, nutrition information concerning feed and supplements; also, about diseases and treatment.

Bake Sale – Sponsored by Morehouse 4-H and Morehouse Humane Society.

Bar-B-Q Lunch – Sponsored by (Non-profit group to be determined)

Various Games and Activities for Children ages 4-8, 9-12 and 13-17. Prizes awarded for each age group.

Chicken Casserole Contest for all ages sponsored by: (Non-profit group to be determined)

Sadly, our family will not be able to attend. Our new Monticello Atwoods is holding their Grand Opening the same day and our 4H club will be selling hamburgers etc!
