stubborn egg layer!!

I need some help guys!! I have a hen that started laying almost 2 weeks ago...well she seems to be very stubborn. She keeps laying her eggs on the floor!!! So what I usually do is take her eggs and put them in the egg laying boxes. It's not seeming to work to correct her little problem. I have a few other layers and those girls are doing a fine job in the egg boxes. If anyone has any other suggestions for me please let me know.

You could try putting something in the way of her spot and she might go try out the boxes. Or, you could give up all together, like me, and pick the egg up off the floor for the rest of her natural life.
