Hello. We have a chick that was making good progress hatching, but has seemed to be stuck for about 1-1 1/2 hours. When should I help?

I would go ahead and help now. Just pop the cap off and it will push out on its own :)

What if I have another pip and a live chick?

Doesn't matter, just open it, pull the cap off, close it back up, and just watch to make sure the humidity goes back up and it'll be fine.
