Today I realized that I had to assist one of my chicks in hatching. I put it back into incubator so that it could dry off. It’s been around 3 or 4 hours since then and it is still laying down, with its head in its wing. It’s kicking its legs and eyes are open though. Is this normal? I’ve never incubated eggs and this is my first time so im a little nervous. I knew I had to help it because I FaceTimed my friend who’s done it dozens of time and he informed me that it was an emergency and that I had no other choice.
