    I was given a old gentle rooster and have had him for around 6 months.His poo is normal and he acts normal and can keep up with younger chickens but he has black stuff floating around in his eyes?More has built up in his eyes since I got him and he is starting to go blind.Is this old age?Mareks?I asked my vet and she didnt know what it could be and gave me a number for a vet that specializes in chickens but it is no longer in use.I really like this guy and Im just really worried about him.This picture is from around when I first got him and he has since gotten worse.Its really weird the stuff moves all around in his eyes.I have looked everywhere online trying to find something similar but have had no luck.

    Hi [IMG] and Welcome To BYC

    @Eggcessive ?

    To me is does not look like Marek's. My guess would be he at one time may have been pecked in the eye or had some type of trauma.
    Is it in both eyes or just the one?
