25 week old hens sounds congested. Acting fine otherwise. First noticed it 3 days ago but thought I was over worried.. since I have left her in with the other 18 hens for over 72hours is there any reason to pull her from the flock? Feel like I'm too late already and I have no idea what the cause may be.

*We did just get though having a super humid spell for about 8 days.

Have you added any new birds recently? Can you see any nasal drainage, bubbles or foam in an eye, or swollen eyelid? If she herself is new to the flock, she may have been stressed and showing signs of a respiratory disease, and I would separate. The others could already have been exposed. How is your coop ventilation, and is it hot, dusty, or moldy anywhere?

No they have been together since day 1. Nothing with her eyes as of yet. We use sand so dust is always a thing. I have quite a bit of ventilation but it was stuck in the 90s and 80s at night.. super humid for the past week.
I thought possibly I saw a few bubbles in the one other chickens eyes but no other issues with her...

Bubbles or foam in an eye can be a sign of mycoplasma or MG. Hopefully, it is just the heat and dust. If you notice any eyelid swelling, you can flush the eye with eye wash or saline, and apply Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericyn eye gel, or plain Neosporin ointment twice a day.

So no other chickens seem to be sneezing. She still has a random wet sounding puff of air. But now I'm noticing alot of the hens having white patches on their ear lobes. 1st picture is the chicken I originally posted about . 2nd is one I caught in nesting box who also has the white on ear lobes . Now I'm wondering if it could be fowl pox ?
