Stunted/Blind Chick

If you can find some Terramycin at a feed store. It's really good for eye infections. It's usually found goat/cattle section. Better sooner than later because she could loose her sight. If you can't get it right away, I would use some eye drops to flush whatever infection or debris that could be in her eyes.

Just saw you are in Canada. I know you have different rules about what is over the counter or prescription. If the polysporin is all you can get, I'd try that. If you can get terramycin I would use that (it's tetracycline), or even something like this: https://www.vetrxdirect.com/product...-LIyiUzrRR-CX1FyQsXe-mV7T3m6_SuRoCSiEQAvD_BwE
Veterycin makes an eye wash and and antimicrobial eye gel that might be helpful in flushing the eyes, hoping you may be able to get that there.
I don't know if you can have it shipped to you. I'm not very knowledgeable about what is available in Canada, sorry.
You could try looking for some Canadian members and try messaging them for advice on what is available there.

I have this from my son's infection last year. It's called Taro-Mupirocin. Think it will work?

Putting penicillin in the eye works well too. Just buy the injectable at Tractor supply or any other livestock feed store, and put a drop in each eye. Works awesome.
I don’t think that is an accepted method, and I would not do this unless someone can present some written directions from a manufacturer. Procaine Penicillin G can only be given into the muscle tissue as an injection, not even orally as some others are used.
