Stunted growth and loss of feathers in 2/3 week old chicks. What do I do for them?

She told us to, but we've been holding off and giving them natural remedies since we just keep treating them. Might not be the best choice, but if nothing works and we don't hear back anytime soon, then we will probably treat them. And Corid takes out the Vitamin B in there systems to deplete the worm of what they need. And I want to boost their good bacteria by giving them garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar. I havent done the ACP yet, I'm gonna do it today but I don't know if I can get them to drink it.
Plus we're still waiting to find out if we need to treat then for something else with Tylan 50. We just don't want to double wammy them right after the other sorta thing, ya know?
Any suggestions on how to get them to drink it?
I agree with @Texas Kiki I would start the Corid.
Coccidia are a protozoa and an overload can have long term effects if not treated soon.
If you give the proper dosing for the correct number of days, it should not make them B deficient. ACV does nothing to control Coccidia.

An update on the two remaining pullets.
Spike is doing well and thriving. Almost full grown and doing much better. Sunny however, she had a webbed foot and she started walking "off" a little bit. She wasn't as grown as Spike and she looked a bit rough, but otherwise she was fine. Well, she passed away yesterday. :hitshe sometimes would stay away from the others, and now its cold. Even though it wasn't cold enough to make her freeze, she also must have had some underlying issue. It was morning when I found her, and the water froze overnight. So maybe a mixture between everything?

Oh I'm so sorry.
It sounds like she just had too much going on from the start.

:hugs
