Very interesting question cherrychicken! Thanks for asking- maybe I need to go read some of the already posted articles. And no, I do not envy or want to trade places for a day - lets cheer for the mods.
They frustrate some, Pith some off, but all in all they are a pretty smart bunch!

We've got an amazing bunch of moderators that really help keep this party going with very few real problems. What's amazing is that 90% of the work they do is behind the scenes that nobody even knows about.

Remember, all of the staff members are forum members like the rest of us... the only difference is they have proven that they love this community more than most and have the maturity and level headedness to provide help where needed.

They are granted additional tools and abilities that allows them to take action on problems quickly, and where much is given, much is required... and they totally live up to this!
