stupid smoke detector!!!

My family has to sleep with with TV on( my kids do it since the 04 hurricanes) and my DH because he has PTSD since he served in the balkans, he had to keep a TV on in order not to feel alone after he came home and had to sleep alone in the baracks.
Anyways around here they do required weekly warning tests over TV in order to prepare for hurricane or whatever emergencies . THey are super loud almost like a siren and sometimes they do them in the middle of the night waking everybody up.

My english teachers minah bird would imitate his teenage daughters phone conversations . LAughing -silence-oh yeah - coool- he was yapping away like a teen girl and giggling my neighbors Timneh could imitate the father of the house voice and would call the daughters at random.
