Sty?

Look for any bubbles in the eye or nasal drainage with sneezing and lethargy for it being a respiratory disease. Peck wounds are very possible. Do you have mosquitoes around right now that could be spreading fowl pox? Fowl pox virus causes scabs usually on the comb, wattles, face, and sometimes other parts of the body. It lasts about a month, and no treatment is required. Some do use betadine to help dry up the scabs.

I would be vigilent about gently flushing the eye with saline eye wash, and using the antibiotic ointment in the eye. We can post some videos if you think there is pus in the one on her right side over the eye.
I just got her yesterday. She seems happy. Eats and drinks. So far her eye is staying open. What can I put in her eye? I have neo on her lids

Sorry I know this isn’t what you came here for @Bigvalpt It could just be sand? We just want your beautiful new baby to feel better.

How do I get rid of the lice
The article @coach723 posted looks great, it has treatment options listed and good advice about treating the entire flock and the areas they hang out in. I encourage you to read the whole thing so you n identify what you’re dealing with. Here is a screen shot of the treatment options in it, though. I know you said you got this chicken from someone else, sounds and looks like you’re rescuing the little girl 😊. You probably know this already, but be sure to quarantine her away from your other birds for quite sometime if you have any. As for they eyes, I would follow the advice here and see what happens. Watch for other symptoms incase there is respiratory illness involved.

Thank God we've kept her away from my two girls cuz she's so young. That's all I have for a flock. Thanks for everything.

Thanks for everything. I bought some elector PCP. Do you think that's what could be wrong with her eye? Maybe some bites on lid caused it?

To be honest with you, I don’t have experience with lice/mites so I really can’t say if that has anything to do with the eye. But in the long run, treating the lice or mites will absolutely make a difference in her health. It’ll give her strength and nutrition back, which she’ll need to heal that eye.
