Got some styrofoam yesterday. Looking up diy Styrofoam incubators, but there are too many online. So many designs and way too many wires.
Anyone have any "off the grid" style Styrofoam incubators that do not require plug ins. Maybe small "AA" Type batteries, no large car batteries.

This is also good for anyone to know how to do especially in certain states or during winter or car and camper travel or to have in shed or away from a power source or if they have issues with their incubator.

Providing heat takes a lot of energy. You are not going to accomplish it with AA batteries. There are incubators that operate off of 12 volts but even they will run a battery down pretty fast if the battery isn't being charged at the same time.
