They are, yeah. They are actually quite the homebodies. They stay in the house a lot. They do come out, wander around some. Fly a bit...they don't really like fly for fun or whatever, they just fly to get from point A to point B, short distances. I was very proud of them because they learned super fast where home was, didn't have a bit of trouble with them when I brought them home.

thats pretty cool. Now i want some pigeons..

Do all pigeon breeds stay around the home? OR will some fly off wild?

I think there are some that are more apt to fly off....not real sure.... I'm not super smart on pigeon stuff. lol I know there are some breeds that are fliers. In the past I had some fantails and such, I never had them where they could get out in the open, only out into a pen....

These modenas are big roly poly birds, that are bred mainly for show now.
