Substitute for electrolytes???

I have heard of "Sav a chick" but if you don't have access to it, what is something else that you can use?

You can find electrolytes in the baby section of most stores.

Gatorade is really high in sugar. Pedalyte is a good alternativr

TSC stores sell an electrolyte replacement that I use. Mix one scoop per gallon of water.
