Substitutes for Brewers Yeast?

what about B-complex?
I wanna say I have heard other people say yes, but I can't say for sure one way or the other. My thought is, the BVS poultry starter is the one that Metzer Farms recommends and it's only $3.64!

At that price I ordered ten and don't have to worry about the highly variable amount of Niacin in different types of yeast. Some types don't have much at all.

I don't remember who it was, but another forum member contacted a few feed companies about the amount of Niacin in their feeds. I remember them posting that Nutrena Naturewise chick starter had a pretty high amount of Niacin in it. Even more than was in their all flock and Meatbird pellets.

If anyone remembers who that was, please link that thread.
