What pretty ladies!
A lot of my birds came from free range farms and now they've been staying penned up. I go in to feed them everyday but haven't had much time to spend with them otherwise. Some are naturaly sweeter than others but the ones that were generally free roaming with little human contact wouldn't come near me for the longest time. I've noticed they no longer run from me and don't mind being picked up and petted anymore. It's just me, though. If my BF or anyone else tries to get or hold one they fuss.
I've read that some birds can take up till 7 months to lay...
