In the Brooder

This morning I woke up to find that one of my 3 week old Turkeys had passed away. I currently have 5, all mixed breeds, staying together in a large brooder in our screened in porch.
I will admit that the one that passed was the smallest and specifically, didn't stretch her neck way up like the other do. Otherwise I've seen (her?) eat and drink water.
Yesterday was the first time I introduced them to the coop that they'll end up living in, but just for the day so that they had time to roam around. Food and water were put out there and the floor of the coop is sand.
The turkeys were all snuggled together last night before I went to bed and she seemed ok!
I do not see any wounds of any kind on her body nor other signs of trauma. Raising turkeys is new to me- any input on why she could have passed away?
Thank you!
