His eye looks bubbly. It’s probably infected. Can you see any debris is his nostrils?

Yes. I see that in his left eye. Nostrils are clear but a little liquid.

I think heat lamps are too dangerous, so inside would be my choice.

Liquid may have come out of bill when he shook his head (not being held).

Clear liquid draining from left nostril. I moved hom upstairs in the duckhouse where I can isolate him for the time being. We're getting fresh water and acv. He's standing now, but that gurgling sound on each breath.
