Today I had gone to see my chickens and do the usual for them. I found one of them very lethargic with their head slumped down along with their wings and head. They were doing amazing the day before so I’m not sure at all what could’ve happened.

If you can't find anything else wrong, you can try adding electrolytes/vitamins to her water. If she doesn't want to eat, mixing in some of the feed with water may entice her. Hopefully she perks back up soon! I had a 6-week-old pullet do the same thing a few weeks ago. I'm still not sure what was wrong, but she was better after a few days. All I did was add sav-a-chick to her water and put her in a separate pen with one calmer buddy to ensure she wouldn't get picked on and to keep a better eye on her.

Thank you so much I’ll do exactly that!

She’s about to be 3 months old. Her poop is watery with some green and white and she’s hasn’t started laying eggs. Her crop is empty.
What are you feeding?

She's crested, was she pecked on the head?

I'd work on hydration, then offer wet soupy chick starter.

Get her started on vitamin therapy. Give her 400IU Vitamin E along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Give her a small treat of egg once daily to help with the uptake of E.

What's her poop like?
