This sweet girl (1 year 2 months) was fine this morning when I let them out of the coop. Ate fine, seemed and looked totally normal. I came out an hour later to find her laying on the ground panting and pale as can be. She’s quarantined now but so listless and falling over…. I don’t think she’s going to make it. She laid an egg yesterday and like I mentioned seemed totally normal until I just came out…

Any ideas?! I’m assuming some kinda organ failure with how quickly it seemed to happen…

Poor girl.
She's not well at all.
Does she seem to be aware if you move her about or is she completely out of it?

If she will swallow, you can give her drops of sugar water to see if she perks up, only syringe a couple of drops at a time.

Hard to know what's going on with her. Sadly, she may be on her way out.

Organ failure, stroke, or internal hemorrhage. Eyes closed like that face down is not a good sign. Put her in a box somewhere warm and dark and sit her upright. I wouldn't offer her water in this condition until eyes are open and head is moving around.

She does move her head and is alert when touched but soon after falls. I’m sure there’s bit much longer..
