Suggestions on what’s wrong with my blue runner

My 4 ducks are now one month old. The 2 Cayugas and blue runner are growing into big beautiful ducks. One of my Blue runners- Franklin, has had a hard time. He is shaky, not wanting to move etc. I was pretty sure it was Niacin deficiency. So I have been adding Niacin everyday. We are in almost a week and a half, and no improvement. He’ll stand up when I first come over but then shakes, wobbles and drops quickly into a lay. He is eating and will get up with encouragement but not for very long. What else should I do? I don’t see any injuries or anything external at least. Could it be something else? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I just tried adding a video of him but the 17 sec video is too big. Is there another way to show the video?

I’ll post the pic tomorrow and leave the link. Yes, I’ve been feeding Organic non gmo. I have to order it because no one sells it in store. They are now on 16%protein.
