suggestions

I have one chick about 4 weeks old, and a flock of girls~ 13 weeks old. Any suggestions on when to intregrate them? The chick is in a brooder next to the teenagers inside coop. So they can see each other, I have let them interact one at a time with supervision. I know there will be pecking, but I don't want them to hurt the chick.

I would slowly add more and more of the teenage chicks in. I just did the same with 8 4 week olds to my older chicks, and there was allot of pecking but it only took 2 days before everyone settled in.
