Suing Attorneys

Having one's own opinion should not exempt one from seeking another's.

A legal expert like yourself should know this, chickened.

Wanna come out of retirement? this case would be up your alley.

Seriously, do you guys ever sue each other? and what can a person expect? I am thinking of asking the Bar to investigate the case. This guy I am dealing with has been disciplined 3 times with a year suspension each time for the same thing basically.

I think you should start a class action, you, Royd and Cubalaya, What a taste of the real world you would be in for!!

Aqua Eyes....This isn't an area for talking about chickens... is there a forum for attorney suing discussions"?

I wanted to sue one once who had represented me in a termite situation, but I let go of it.

I had an attorney come after me (via another attorney of course) over a retail transaction that was so simple, I was amazed. I figured his attorney was probably his son in law.

But that said, I knew a guy (not a friend) who was disbarred in California in the 70's. I'm guessing it took alot to get that done back then. If this guy has been disciplined three times, he can't be an angel.

How much money are you talking about?

Good luck.
