Sulcata tortoise hatchlings not moving much

I think I found a worm in the water dish
Could this be apart of the issue, how should I deworm them, and could it be causing the issue

It's highly unusual for hatchlings that small to have worms. If you suspect worms, you need a vet to verify. I can't help here, it's not something I would attempt to tackle without vet supervision. Did the bowl warming do anything?

No, we made a vet appointment but it's 4 weeks away

You're just gonna have to keep on the soaks, keep it warn, and try to get food into it.

It passed away yesterday, we contacted the breeder to let them know, they think it was hatchling failure

That can happen. Was also in the back of my head but I didn't want to say anything and add more stress to your load.
