Not a Sultan, as they only come in white, have feathered legs, and have five toes. It looks like a Polish or Polish mix to me.

Sultans actually come in blue and black too, but usually you can only get white in the US. But I agree, looks like a polish mix maybe

I think Ideal has red crested red Polish. That
