I'm no expert on Sultans,but he looks like a roo to me.

I'm not so sure. My sultan has white skin and very white white legs and feet. Yours has blue-black legs, as dark as a silkie! Makes me wonder if he's actually a silkie mix, maybe a sultan with some silkie a couple generations back? Looks like a roo for sure, though!

hmmmm. well, guess it's too young to tell. so are sultan feet always white? i wouldnt think that the hatchery that i got it from (being so reputable) would have crosses breeds.
