I hope Sultan roos are friendly...I am such a sucker for the straight-run bantam bin, but get concerned when they end up being roosters.

Saddle feathers are feathers that grow on the back/base of the tail. They are narrow and pointy looking, kinda longer then feathers on the same area of a hen. Only roosters grow these special feathers.
