Sumatra Thread!

I will try to post more, just been busy with work and life. I do message folks here quite a bit and I'm always on facebook posting. I just don't post as much as I used to because there is nothing new to say it seems. We are definitely of two separate views on this thread it seems which does cause headaches, just like the people on the legbar threads. If anyone ever has any questions, feel free to message me or find me on facebook

Sorry if I came off as insulting before. If I had the space and time for more breeds Sumatra would be near the top. My dad has sumatras and some of my yardbirds carry quite a lot of Sumatra blood. I would like to set him up with some fresh blood one of these days. Nice birds everyone, I've been lurking in here a while.

Thank you for the compliment, ClintD. I really loved our Sumatras. Because we moved, I had sell all my breeding projects (Sumatras, Royal Palm turkeys, Toggenburg dairy goats) except my Jersey Wooly rabbits, which I cut down on. I think it was most difficult to see the Sumatras go.

Its ok though ill get some eventually but I'm excited I just found out the grandfather of a guy I know breeds russian orloffs and I'm getting a great deal on something so hard to find

It's good to see and hear all the varied thoughts here.
It gets difficult when some of these thoughts are so
strongly felt that compromise and listening to others
gets lost. I do listen to all thoughts, just don't like those
thoughts being shoved at me as the only thoughts to be
right. I hope everyone will share, just in a nice manner.

I hope everyone will post and share. Let's try again

I show Nubians and I own a Siamese Sable Jersey doe I got from my friend who was getting out of them. She was bought from D. Shepard originally.
