You are 5 hours ahead of me, wow 12 hours already. my first was 5 and 1/2 hours and my second was 3 hours, can't imagine being in labor that long

Hi Katz, Just looked at telly to see if there is any more news. Still no baby. The presenter outside the hospital says he has an instict that tells him that there won't be any news for some time. How's that for a man! He knows these things!. Actually, the birth will be announced by way of a poster board the other side of the gates at Buckingham Palace, not at athe hospital. Traditionally it will just say what & when. Names will be a few days time. It is now 18.34 BST.

Thanks for the update, I hope all goes well for her. Bet her natural birth plan has now included drugs, My first was in a military hosp and you only get a pain shot, glad she was quick well that does not do too much and the second baby I didn't have anything

fenrosie got the closest with the weight of 7.9 pounds, fenrosie, kat littlechicklet all guessed a little boy

My Bannie Hen gave me 2 chicks today and a 3rd is trying to come into the world, course they are not her chicks I candled her eggs and they were all dead and I slipped her 3 LF eggs they will be muts but it will be interesting to see who they look like and to try and guess the mother and father,

Where the black one came from is beyond me, as I don't have any black roos that are big enough to make little ones, the hens are well protected by a golden laced wyndotte and the only other male roo I have is a RIR, the moms can be either a buff or a RIR guess only time will tell.
