I'd separate her. It will be easier on her and if she has eggs that she is hatching it will be easier on the chicks!!

i dont have much extra space for her. at day, i have been just letting her out for a morning snack then when she gets back in just closing the coop so she can have some privacy. but then at night i have to open it back up for the others to get inside to sleep, the roo, (hats) finds her, and goes crazy. she is his favorite.
i feel sort of bad for hats. she is the only hen he can mate with without getting the other chickens ticked at him. and now, he is taking advantage of the fact that she cant move....which makes me feel bad for her.

Your eggs will be broken in no time from this behavior. This is in fact a matter of life and death. Broody hens are very easy targets for bacteria, having extra stress is no help to this. Either remove/get rid of the improper rooster (he sounds like he is in fact a youngster that is overzealous) or rehome/build a new space for your hen. Think about it, if you build a broody/quarantine coop now you can use it many times in the future.

do you have a bin of some sort? if so put some hay in it put food and water in it then put her in it along with the eggs! then find a safe place to keep her! (we plan on hatching eggs from broodies and we plan to keep her in the shed or house) or you can make were she is nested at off limits!

You would then still have to build a pen to keep momma and chickies safe.
