Guys, Lady Jane died this morning

She was perfectly fine when I went out there this morning, cold as usual, so I picked her up and let her warm up in my coat. My littlest sister found her almost completely limp and gasping for air. She freaked out and brought her inside, and at first dad said her neck was broken, but it isn't, so I think she choked on something. She died in my dad's arms

She's the second chicken I've watched die

Dad's in the kitchen doing an autopsy right now, so we will soon know

From what I can overhear, he says it's like she bled out internally. All the blood is congealed already, and she just died a few minutes ago. Being a hunter he knows what it looks like when an animal bleeds out.

I'm so sorry!!!!! She was beautiful. Jesus will take good care of her.
