Try putting her in a steamy bathroom. The steam could help her breathing. It does sound like she is getting a respiratory infection, but without a diagnosis from a vet I'm just guessing. Baytril, Terramycin and Agramycin are all safe antibiotics for ducks that are used to treat respiratory infections and are easily gotten from feed stores. I try not to give any antibiotics unless absolutely necessary. It is very likely a regular vet will not see a duck as they are not trained in this area. We had a duck that was wheezing (before egg laying age) and we kept her in a steamy bathroom. that helped with the wheezing until we got her Terramycin. This helped her and she is perfectly fine now. We chose not to got to an avian vet as they are quite expensive. Good luck, but see about getting her into a steamy room.
