Sunnyside Rainbow Eggers Thread! *chick pics*

They're very cute, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's a breed? It looks like "Rainbow Eggers" is what they call a mixed batch that should give you different egg colors. We picked out 6 individual chicks for the same purpose, but they're all different breeds.
I don't believe they are a single breed but they may be. Supposed to be a mix of commercial colorful egg layers according to the website.

I emailed Sunnyside about the Rainbow Eggers and this is what I got:
"Hi Mariah,
So our female birds consist mainly of Black and Wheaton Maran (chocolate color eggs), Legbars and True Blue Eggers ( blue and green eggs). Important to us is they express genes for slow feather growth. The males carry blue and green traits and are fast feathering. They are all kept together so there are no pure breeds as a result but it allows us the feather sex and we know 60-70% of chicks should lay colored eggs. The commercial strain is called Vario Ovo. I hope his was helpful and thanks for your business!

Nick"
