I love my marigolds! I planted them all around my garden

All ducklings I hatch this year are getting spice names too! Haha. I kept Bergamot and Clove. Nutmeg and Cardamom went to their new home.

My current batch are NOT fans of meal worms either. I had one hen who would entertain me and eat a few, but now that she's passed none of the younger ones want any and in turn the younger-younger have zero interest. If one snubs something then they all snub it. Such bandwagoners! Now I'm saddled with a 5# bag hoping the next batch will be more adventurous.

Watermelon though. ANYTHING for watermelon.

They're very cute, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that's a breed? It looks like "Rainbow Eggers" is what they call a mixed batch that should give you different egg colors. We picked out 6 individual chicks for the same purpose, but they're all different breeds.

Girls were SO happy that the rain stopped and the sun came out so that they could have a field trip today

That's a very cute little flock you have. By the way, my dog's name is Pepper and we used to have a guinea pig named Nutmeg.
