Sunroom remodel, wall opinions?

It's just used as the the run right now. They sleep in the coop which is half the shed. But the babies are basically trapped in there by pop door guarding bullies. It's all becoming coop eventually in any case. There's a partial wood wall as you see, maybe 30 inches high. Definitely breezier in there but I can fix that. Only colder due to no southern window. At least that's my speculation. Once the dividing wall is down the sun will shine right through.

Just adding, to be clear 15 big 14 week old chicks are stuffed in a 9 x 10ish coop all day. That's getting old, I'm out there often throughout the day breaking things up.

So even if I have to enclose the walls this is happening this weekend.

Take the wall out....see how it goes...add walls for warmth if needed.

Oh that thaw is already on! It's 36 here right now, feels like short sleeve weather!

I got some stuff started this evening actually, where the barn wall ties in I had predator proofed to fairly lame daytime standards only. So that's fixed, tomorrow the rest of the hardware cloth goes up behind the plastic. And I'll get some louvers or something in the eaves. I have an idea to use old shutters ran horizontally, the ones with the little closer bar. Easy to find used, might pick some up this next week. Otherwise possibly hinged planks.
Or.
I did something interesting on a vent to block snow. I hung a heavy strip of rubber floor mat from the eave about 5 inches outside the vent. When the wind blows gusts at it it blows closed. No snow got in.

Right! Instead of 4 lazy birds hogging 100 Square feet all day.

Wow the wall is out and the dynamic changed immediately.

Just watched a big pullet doing an assist in the dust bath.

Temp in run went up ten degrees immediately.
