Super dumb question? First time I've seen a chick hatch. This normal?

The third chick of my first ever hatch just hatched. The other two hatched while I was away from the bator and by the time I found them they were up and peeping.

This little guy just pulled himself from the egg and is sprawled out flat on his belly. He is breathing. Is he just exhausted from hatching? Or do I need to do something?

God I feel like a noob.

Okay, thanks. That was my assumption but I didn't want my inexperienced ignorant self to be ignoring a potential problem.

Hatching this little munchkins is so fun!
