Day 5! Embryo Progress: Today, the "Sensational Six" are undergoing major changes. Their primitive lungs are beginning to form, and their tiny limbs are starting to take shape.

Welcome to Day 6! This is a big day for the Sensational Six:

• First Flutters: Today, the embryos start voluntary movement. They aren't just growing; they are starting to "stretch" their newly formed limbs.
• Beak Development: The egg tooth—that tiny sharp point they'll use to break out in 15 days—starts to form on the tip of the beak today.
• Bird-Like Appearance: If you could see inside, they are finally starting to look like tiny birds rather than just C-shaped organisms.

Candled the babies tonight with the help of my amazing daughter! She got some great pictures. We are 6/6 in development and they are looking great!

Whoa. With the reflection of a human upper body and what looked at first like two bare legs sitting somewhere I had to do a double take as to what I was actually looking at.

The brown one on the right (3) has some urea stripes on it, but the one in the middle (2) has some dark brown speckles!

Speckles for sure. Baby Groot's shell looks like a little planetarium. So perfect for Star Lord's bestest bestie.
