I got this out of my coop that has my oldest hens. Does this mean she’s entering henopause?

No. It’s normal she’ll wise. That battery is a AAA battery. The egg has like a blob of shell on the top of it. When candled, there is no yolk.
What breed is she?

Open egg up, let's see what's inside.
Could just be a glitch.

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.

Thank you! I added location. I am in Byron, California. I’m on the western edge of the Central Valley in the delta between the Bay and Sacramento. I’m not sure who the eggs came from, but its from one of my blue /green egg layers. So Ameracauna would be the breed. There is no yolk in it just egg white.

Funny, maybe it’s because of the colored background it’s sitting on, but that egg looks neither blue nor green (which is a blue egg + brown/cream coating, if you didn’t know).

Do you have any pullets? Any chance someone flew over to check out the older girls‘ accommodations? Or snuck in during free-range time, and just had to check out their nest boxes? 🙃

In any case, even though you candled it and see no yolk, it’s possible it has either a bit of random sloughed tissue, or a teensy-tinesy micro-yolk. It’s more likely though, that it is a fart/fairy/wind egg. What it’s called varies regionally, but they all mean the same thing: a much smaller egg, containing only albumin. (Not related to a lash egg, which is from infection and usually is soft-shelled or shell-less)

Like aart stated, it’s a glitch. Not sure anyone completely understands why they occur, but they do happen much more frequently in new layers and those who are winding down. My theory is that when for some reason the next yolk in line is late, there is still albumin produced & that gets passed along and ends up with a membrane & coated with shell just like a regular egg. It is naturally smaller without the yolk volume in there. Rarely happens twice in a row.

They are pretty cute though. If the shell feels normal & thick, you could sand off the bump at the top, and blow it out. Actually, with only white likely to be in there, if you wash it to remove the bloom, it will eventually dry out if left in the fridge. Likely to take a few months, so blowing it is certainly faster.
