Is it from a pullet? I've seen eggs that tiny more and smaller from pullets. They won't have a yolk inside usually. She'll lay normally.

They have been laying for about 2.5 months. I haven't cracked it open yet, my husband would be very sad if he couldn't see it intact, lol!

If it is missing a yolk, it is a fairy egg (aka fart egg, rooster egg, yolkless-egg, witch egg, oops egg). It is a common egg problem, sometimes made by pullets, and sometimes it just happens randomly.

Yes they all started laying at about the same time
